Email capability (aka digital CRM) is available on every Squarespace website, but you may need to purchase it separately.

If you buy email capabilities, your website will be able to store email addresses entered by you (or us) and your customers. You can send emails directly from your website eliminating the need for separate email services. (It's easy to migrate lists from other services like Constant Contact or MailChimp into your Squarespace website.)

We can help you develop a strategy for email campaigns (how many to send and when to send them), design and/or write your emails, and teach you how to manage as much or as little of it as you like.
